The best way to measure the offset

Install the original front sprocket on the engine block. Install the rear wheel with sprocket you want to use on your motorcycle. Place a straight row, angle line or round bar along the rear sprocket towards the front sprocket.

Then measure the distance between the row, angle line or round bar and the front of the gear.

This is the offset.

To manufacture the right type of gear (splines) it is extremely important that the right

Brand, year of construction, type (of engine ) is entered.

Enter the chain type of the rear sprocket you are going to install.

It doesn't matter if it chain type of the front sprocket and the rear sprocket different.

We take this into account in manufacturing.

Enter the desired number of teeth of the offset sprocket

Enter the offset measured as above in mm.

Offsets greater than 12mm usually require a support bearing to support the gearbox output shaft.
